I've been going through a pretty bad painful flair for the last couple of weeks. I decided to start using crutches to help my mobility. Now the pain has shifted to the side I'm using them with. Eugghhh too much pain..

On a better note! The doctor has signed me off of work temporarily so I can recouperate a little. 👍
